Station 10 – HIIT Training: Exclusive to STAY Wellbeing & Lifestyle Resort, Station 10 is a high-intensity interval training program with 10 circuits for a full-body workout. Fun, safe, and suitable for all fitness levels.

Eight Muay Thai – Muay Thai Gym: Train like a fighter at Eight Muay Thai with shadow boxing, bag work, striking, and agility drills. Equipped with premium Fairtex gear and open-air views of Chalong Bay.

Om Yoga – Yoga Classes: Om Yoga offers classes for beginners and advanced practitioners. Explore Hatha, Ashtanga, and Yin Yoga to improve strength, balance, and relaxation.

SPIN – Spinning & Indoor Cycling: Burn up to 600 calories in one hour with our energizing SPIN classes. Designed for all ages and levels, held in a bright studio with panoramic Chalong Bay views.

STAY WILD – Outdoor Obstacle Course: Challenge yourself on our 14-station outdoor obstacle course. Improve strength, agility, balance, and endurance while climbing, jumping, and running in Phuket’s fresh air.
