• All prices are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) and are inclusive of taxes and VAT.

• Advanced full prepayment is required.

• Reservation made is non-refundable and no sub-renting.

• Housekeeping service with change of linen and towels 1 time per week.

• Room amenities (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, coffee capsule) are not refilled during the stay

• 1-Month accidental deposit is required upon check in, and to be returned after check out.

• Electricity not included in the Three Bedroom Villa with Private Pool and Three Bedroom Villa with Private Pool – Direct Pool Access.

• Electricity consumed will be charged at 7.50 THB per unit (total amount to be calculated on a monthly basis).
