BAY VIEW HILL WALK (subject to weather conditions) A guided walk to a scenic hilltop, offering stunning “Chalong bay” views and a chance to connect with nature, relax the mind, and enjoy uplifting conversation with fellow guests.
STAY FARM VISIT (subject to weather conditions) See where some of our organic food comes from that you’ll find in your dishes at our restaurants, and feed our happy, free-range chickens.

• Organic Greens: Rocket, green and red oak lettuces, all cultivated on-site.
• Free-Range Hens: 380 hens producing around 280 Omega-3 rich eggs daily.
• Fresh Mushrooms & Herbs: Oyster mushrooms, basil, mint, limes, papaya, and banana.
• Eco-Friendly Practices: Food leftovers and coffee grounds are recycled, while organic waste is turned into nutrient-rich compost.
